The early 80s saw the birth of new (wave) music and new bands as well as new independent record labels popping up everywhere out of the Belgian soil. The Neon Judgement was one of those bands, creating their own unique sounds and images. We were fortunate to be part of some of the most successful pioneers of the time. Back then Antler Records was a small studio in a shed next to a kitchen. Iconic tracks like TV Treated were recorded there. And so was Sweet Revenge, the B side of our first single Factory Walk recorded for Antler at Ace studio but which didn’t produce the sound we were expecting. But then Sweet Revenge was released, which musically is a lot more, you know, neon-esque. A great big thanks to all the people who helped us get where we are today! They became legends (and so did we). TB Frank.
